Job summary

SQUAN in the United States seeks a Field Construction Supervisor to lead safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple project sites. You will educate crews, enforce safety, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet budgets and deadlines.

Responsibilities include inspections, on-site training, coordinating dig tickets, and communicating with homeowners’ associations. You must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test, and be willing to perform on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• One+ years as a construction supervisor or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT physical and pre-employment drug test required.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• CDL license preferred for additional site access.

Responsibilities

• Ensures adherence to safety best practices and regulations.
• Monitors work and provides crew training as needed.
• Performs equipment, material, and site inspections.
• Ensures teams work together to meet deadlines with quality work.
• Provides leadership to develop team members’ skills.
• Manages subcontractors and vendors.
• Available for rotational on-call work.
• Communicates with homeowners’ associations as required.
