Job summary

HRI, Inc. in Montoursville, PA is hiring for a frontline supervisor who will oversee craft employees on PennDOT projects.

This hourly, non-exempt role works under direct and indirect supervision to ensure projects meet plans, specs, safety requirements, and production pace. You will collaborate with the Project Superintendent to schedule work, allocate manpower and materials, supervise performance, maintain daily records, and communicate with customers and inspectors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must complete PennDOT Flagger Training.
• CPR and first aid trained.
• All mandatory trainings must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft employees on PennDOT projects.
• Develop and maintain plans and specs with Project Superintendent.
• Plan work schedule, manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Monitor performance, report daily quantities and hours.
• Coordinate communication with crew, customers, and inspectors.
• Maintain positive relations with departments to support schedule.
• Promote safe working environment and proper equipment use.
