Job summary

HRI, Inc. is seeking an hourly Site Development Laborer to perform a variety of on-site tasks under supervision. The role includes working safely with tools, materials, and heavy equipment as needed, and complying with site rules.

Candidates should be able to work non-traditionally, including night shifts or weekends, and have or be willing to obtain PennDOT Flagger Training. A driver’s license and basic construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prefer valid driver's license with acceptable driving record per company standards for drivers (preferred).
• Prefer ability to operate small trucks and vans (non-CDL).
• Must successfully complete PennDOT Flagger Training Course.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of labor tasks related to Site Development as assigned by supervisor.
• Function as Site Attendant to verify entry/exit of personnel at the site.
• Function as Spotter to guide vehicles/equipment when operating in reverse.
• Use hand tools and power tools carefully and safely.
• Handle and place construction materials properly and maintain a clean site.
• Work safely around equipment and in trenches or confined spaces with supervision.
• Report unsafe conditions to Foreman and cooperate with team.
