Job summary

HRI, Inc. in Montoursville, PA, seeks a qualified supervisor to lead a paving crew on construction projects. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Project Superintendent and focuses on planning, safety, and meeting production pace.

You will manage crew tasks, schedule manpower, monitor performance, and communicate with customers and inspectors. Long hours, including nights, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays, are required with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must successfully complete PennDOT Flagger Training Course.
• Must be CPR and first aid trained.
• Must obtain and maintain all mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned crew members to ensure tasks are completed safely and productively.
• Plan work schedule, manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project goals.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with safety requirements and procedures.
• Communicate plans to crew, customers, and inspectors; manage timelines and progress.
