Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing heavy/highway construction projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage awarded projects from start to finish including scheduling, change orders, billings, and close-out.
• Oversee and support the Project Engineer to ensure proper administrative functions.
• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through Superintendent/Foreman.
• Monitor and control construction effort to meet design, budget, and schedule; interface with owner representative and engineer.
• Recruit, train, hire, and fire employees to improve project workforce.
