KB Home is seeking a dynamic Superintendent/Construction Manager to lead the homebuilding process from groundbreaking to close within an assigned community. You will direct staff and trade partners, manage milestones, and uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout construction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associates or bachelor’s preferred), 2–5 years in production homebuilding, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience as Construction Manager or Superintendent in the homebuilding industry.
• Strong communication and customer-service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Direct staff and trade partners to construct homes, adhering to KB Edge model.
• Manage milestone reports and ensure homes are completed per schedule.
• Schedule and monitor trade partners, ensuring safety and policy compliance.
• Approve purchase orders and invoices to maintain quality and timely completion.
• Maintain clean subdivisions and hold partners accountable for daily cleanup.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely, quality construction.
• Strive for superior customer service and 100% complete home deliveries.
