Job summary

KB Home is seeking a dynamic Superintendent/Construction Manager to lead homebuilding from groundbreaking to close within an assigned community. You will ensure profitability, oversee trade partners, inspectors, and homebuyers to uphold quality and customer satisfaction throughout construction.

The ideal candidate will bring one year of CM/ superintendent experience in homebuilding, strong customer service and leadership abilities, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year as a Construction Manager or Superintendent in the homebuilding industry.
• 2-5 years of construction experience with a production homebuilder preferred.
• Strong customer service, leadership and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct staff and trade partners in constructing quality homes.
• Manage milestone reports and ensure homes are completed per schedule.
• Schedule and monitor trade partners and safety compliance.
• Facilitate weekly safety meetings and daily status updates.
