Job summary

The Intermediate Construction Professional will work in the field at client project sites, performing field engineering, site administration, estimating, scheduling, and quality control under general supervision.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the site construction lead, overseeing subcontractors, maintaining records, and producing daily/weekly reports. The role requires 100% travel and hands-on field oversight for heavy industrial projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience; degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control, drawings conformity, and subcontractor communications.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
