Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to support field operations on client projects. The role involves field work, coordination with the site construction lead, and oversight of subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Work is performed 100% in the field, with exposure to heavy industrial project sites and ongoing documentation of progress through daily and quality inspection reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site construction lead on field operations including scheduling and reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and conformance to drawings.
• Prepare daily and quality inspection reports and progress reports.
• Maintain on-site records per CDM Smith document control requirements.
• Ensure use of latest design drawings and assist project management.

Education
