The position involves field-based work with potential office duties, requiring coordination with site leads and project managers to ensure drawings, specifications, and contracts are properly followed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, QA, and drawings conformance
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and drawings intent
• Maintain project schedules and escalate delays to PM
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as records
• Take progress photos and organize per project requirements
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and on-site recordkeeping
• Ensure latest design drawing revisions are used in construction
• Support Project Construction Manager as needed
• May supervise key trades or subcontractors on site
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with PM
• Maintain professional correspondence with management and clients
