Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specs, and technical documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic construction software.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in field activities on projects with varying complexity and conditions.
• Provide on-site representation for transportation projects, including documentation and coordination.
• Travel to project sites as needed to complete field responsibilities.
• Apply engineering knowledge to support construction-related duties.
• Maintain daily documentation of certified work and enter quantities.
• Communicate with engineers, contractors, landowners, utilities, and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing project punch lists and final documentation.
• Help prepare record drawings and maintain project files.
