Job summary

Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. is seeking a Construction Services Engineer to join our Duluth, MN team. You will participate in field activities, provide on-site representation, and support documentation, quantity tracking, and coordination with stakeholders.

Travel to project sites is involved. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, strong plan-reading skills, and ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document field observations, testing, survey coordination, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain daily documentation and enter project quantities into systems.
• Communicate progress with engineers, contractors, landowners, and public stakeholders.
• Assist in developing punch lists and compiling final project documentation.
