Job summary

Travel to project sites is involved. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, strong plan-reading skills, and ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specs, and documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn field software.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D preferred; driving to project sites required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site representation for transportation projects and field duties.
• Document field observations, testing, survey coordination, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain daily documentation and enter project quantities into systems.
• Communicate progress with engineers, contractors, landowners, and public stakeholders.
• Assist in developing punch lists and compiling final project documentation.
