Job summary

MTM LLC in Miami is seeking a driven project manager to join our fast-growing new construction installation team. You will oversee field operations, coordinate installers, plan projects, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction across installations.

Work closely with the inside Project Coordinator and Installation Manager to develop schedules, verify readiness, and resolve onsite issues. Bilingual English/Spanish and OSHA 30/CPR are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of new construction experience.
• Hands-on installation experience in new construction preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30 and CPR certified.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all job-site activities during installations.
• Maintain coaching and performance management for installer partners.
• Develop and maintain installation schedules with internal teams and sales.
• Conduct pre-installation site visits to verify readiness and alignment with contractors.
• Coordinate on-site during installation days to ensure quality and resolve issues.
• Communicate with builder customers, installers, and sales regularly.
• Conduct post-installation inspections and coordinate rework or service requests.
• Verify installation quality and approve subcontractor invoices.
