Teichert, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead field projects in a fast-paced construction environment. You will establish administrative and technical direction, oversee safety programs, and coordinate with clients, estimators, and on-site teams to drive project success.

The role emphasizes delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. Strong leadership and a background in construction management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in construction or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background checks.
• Valid driver\'s license and safety training.
• Strong knowledge of project management software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Aim for zero injury culture and enforce safety programs across projects.
• Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and meet client expectations.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate construction through Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Engineers.
• Manage contracts/subcontracts financials and resolve cost-related issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, A/E reps, and vendors.
• Provide leadership to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Handle internal administrative tasks and project documentation.
