The ideal candidate will hold a BA/BS in a relevant field and have the required certifications. The position offers a competitive salary between $65k and $80k annually along with a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with a company match.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in construction management or related field is required.
• Equivalent work experience and training may also qualify.
• CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of commercial construction project.
• Administer, organize, plan, and schedule processes.
• Oversee large projects and assume project-management responsibilities.
• Relocate to the on-site project management location.

Skills

Software literacy (Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit)

CPR Certification

First Aid Certification

OSHA 30-hour Certification

Education

BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
