• Administer, organize, plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor processes.
• Oversee large projects and, as appropriate, assume certain project‑management responsibilities.
• Relocate to the on‑site project management location.

Compensation

Pay: $65k–$80k per year

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field is the minimum formal education required.
• A combination of equivalent work experience and training may also qualify.
• Specific software literacy (Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit) preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour Certifications required; training can be provided.
