Continental Properties is seeking a Project Engineer - Field Execution to join our Construction Department in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will collaborate with the construction team and other departments to support development and construction of rental housing communities, including workforce housing and market rate projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or Architecture is required or an Associate’s Degree with equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of related experience; onsite construction management is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction project management software or related tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits to review activities and conduct building acceptance walks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget while meeting quality standards.
• Understand code, permit, and inspection requirements to obtain approvals and occupancy certificates.
• Address top issues and warranty items from clubhouse delivery to final building.
• Complete all project closeout activities upon completion.
