The role emphasizes documentation, data handling with field and lab systems, equipment maintenance, and adherence to IBC guidelines, with some overtime and travel. A valid HS diploma and current certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction testing/inspections of soil, concrete, masonry, and/or asphalt materials.
• Active industry certifications (ACI, ICC, DOT) required.
• Strong communication in English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Project and document analysis: observe field and lab tests and record outcomes for soils, concrete, asphalt, and related materials.
• Metafield application: manage data using field and lab information systems.
• Equipment maintenance: ensure field/lab equipment is precise and compliant with standards.
• Special inspection monitoring: follow IBC guidelines for testing/inspection of materials.
• Stakeholder interaction: report project status to supervisors, contractors, and clients.
