Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a skilled Safety Manager (Construction) to lead safety programs across heavy civil sites. You will oversee audits, trainings, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a zero-incident culture and safe workflows on mass excavation and site development projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field and at least 5 years of safety leadership in heavy civil construction. Travel to sites will be required, with a competitive compensation package.
