Job summary

Beazer Homes USA Inc. is seeking a General Superintendent to coordinate and manage field operations, ensuring homes are completed on time and within budget. You will lead field personnel, interface with division offices, and maintain production schedules and safety standards.

This role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree in construction preferred) and at least ten years of progressive construction leadership, including two years in a General Superintendent capacity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred.
• At least ten years of progressive responsibility in fast-track home building, with two years in General Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage field operations and production schedules.
• Lead weekly builder meetings and coordinate with planning and building officials.
• Interface with Construction Department Head, subcontractors, sales counselors and homeowners; coordinate schedules with all departments.
• Ensure staff compliance with safety, quality standards, and all agency regulations.
• Ensure job sites use correct materials per plans and specifications and manage supply/handling.
• Assist with option cut-off dates and maintain site appearances.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
