Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in construction related field/equivalent experience preferred.
• At least Ten years of progressive responsibility with proven fast-track builder, of which two years should have been in General Superintendent function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage field personnel and weekly builders meetings.
• Interface with Construction Department Head, subcontractors, sales counselors and homeowners to align schedules.
• Maintain and expedite production schedules and ensure safety and quality standards.
