Job summary

Beazer Homes is seeking a seasoned field operations leader in Maryland to oversee all field activities, ensuring homes are completed on time and within budget. You will manage field personnel, coordinate with builders and officials, and supervise safety and quality control across multiple sites.

The role requires a strong track record in construction leadership, with a bachelor's degree in construction or related experience preferred and a minimum of ten years in progressively responsible roles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ten years of progressive responsibility in construction with two years in a General Superintendent function.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all field personnel and conduct weekly meetings with Builders.
• Coordinate with planning and building officials to set and maintain schedules.
• Interface and communicate with Construction Department Head, subcontractors, sales counselors and homeowners; coordinate with all departments on schedules.
• Ensure staff compliance with company safety and quality control standards and agency standards.
• Maintain site appearances and coordinate supply and material handling; assist with option cut-off dates.
