• Work with site supervisors to monitor paving, compaction, and laydown operations.
• Develop strategies to reduce waste and improve energy efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data to identify process correlations.
• Assist in safety protocol implementation and monitoring.
• Apply a range of skills in day-to-day operations.
• Present learnings to executive leadership.
