Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university program studying construction-related fields.
• Travel across the state may be required.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations and learning through field, hybrid, or project engineer tracks.
• Assist with project planning, RFIs, submittals, and document control under supervision.
• Participate in orientation, site tours, and weekly learning plan reviews.
