Job summary

Good Carbon Co. is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage field operations, and serve as the primary link between field teams, project management, and clients. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of construction supervision, proficiency with drawings and schedules, and a strong focus on safety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Required: 5+ years in construction with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction operations and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field personnel.
• Enforce safety policies (OSHA standards) and conduct daily safety meetings.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Quality control: review work, inspect materials, and ensure conformance to drawings and specs.
• Lead site meetings and coordinate field reports with stakeholders.
• Manage site manpower, attendance, and logs; forecast resources.
• Maintain drawings, field reports, RFIs, and progress photos.
• Identify field conflicts and propose solutions; mitigate risks.
• Mentor field staff and maintain customer relationships.
