Job summary

JBW Federal seeks a capable field supervisor to manage construction activities on government projects. You will oversee site operations, safety, and quality, coordinating with project management, subcontractors, and staff to meet contract requirements.

Must demonstrate ability to read plans, schedule work, and maintain documentation. Travel to various sites and compliance with RMS reporting are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety Officer on new construction and renovation projects.
• Experience with RMS (Resident Management System) software.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and manage field operations.
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30 certifications; CQM certificate required.
• Secret clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with Construction Project Manager.
• Maintain and update project schedule and three-week lookahead.
• Coordinate subcontractors and onsite staff to complete tasks.
• Read/understand plans, specs and contract documents.
• Ensure safety program compliance and quality control.
