Job summary

JBW Federal is seeking a Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety Officer to oversee field execution of construction projects, including site management, safety, and quality control. The role requires coordination with subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with plans and contract documents.

You will read plans, manage RMS systems, supervise on-site teams, and travel to various job sites. OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and a CQM certificate are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety Officer on government construction projects.
• Experience with RMS software.
• Read plans, specifications, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with Construction Project Manager.
• Maintain and update project schedule and three week lookahead.
• Coordinate subcontractors and support staff onsite.
• Complete daily reporting and catalog site photos.
• Construct work per Plans/Specifications and Contract Documents.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders on field activities.
• Ensure workmanship compliance with submittal requirements.
• Manage Company Safety Program.
