JBW Federal, a subsidiary of the Kanaka Foundation, seeks a seasoned Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety Officer to lead field operations on government construction projects. You will oversee site management, safety, quality control, scheduling, and coordination with CSI trades and self-performing crews.

Responsibilities include daily coordination with the Construction Project Manager, maintaining schedules, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety Officer on government construction projects.
• Experience using RMS software.
• Proficient in Windows OS and related software.
• Willing to travel to multiple job sites.
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30 certifications.
• CQM (Construction Quality Management) Certificate Required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily with Construction Project Manager
• Maintain and assist with updating project schedule and three week lookahead
• Coordinate subcontractors and support staff to accomplish onsite tasks
• Complete daily reporting requirements and catalog site photos
• Read/Understand Plans and Specifications
• Construct the work according to Plans/Specifications and Contract Documents
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders on status of field activities
• Monitor workmanship and maintain compliance with submittal requirements
• Maintain and Facilitate the Company Safety Program
• Review subcontractor materials and workmanship
• Facilitate the Company Quality Control Program
• Maintain RMS and other Govt reporting programs
• Track and complete punch list according to contract requirements
• Assist with gathering O&M Manuals and Closeout Documents
• Perform other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting
