Job summary

Maine Drilling & Blasting (MD&B) in the United States is launching a Construction Superintendent Trainee program designed to develop future leaders in drilling and blasting. This entry-level role includes an internal Leadership Development Program and a dedicated mentor to guide you from day one.

Salary starts at $59,800 per year plus a vehicle/fuel allowance, with target incentives up to $150 per week as milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Recent College grad with a degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or similar.
• Entrylevel leadership development role with growth potential.
• Strong emphasis on safety, teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Learn safety and compliance related to drilling and blasting operations.
• Gain skills in drilling in construction and quarry environments.
• Develop path to become State licensed Blaster.
• Assist with procurement and logistics related to drilling and blasting activities.
• Support project budgets and supervision.
