Maine Drilling & Blasting in Maine is launching its Construction Superintendent Trainee (CST) program, an entry level leadership development track designed to move high-potential graduates into management roles. You will learn drilling and blasting across construction and quarry sites, with a mentor and structured roadmap to future leadership positions.

The role offers a starting salary of $59,800 plus vehicle/fuel allowance, and target incentives up to $150 per week as you hit milestones.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate with a degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or similar.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong work ethic.
• Able to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn drilling and blasting operations across construction and quarry environments.
• Participate in the CST Leadership Development Program to build skills for future management roles.
• Travel within a multi-state area; logistics and field activities will be part of the role.
