The program emphasizes promotion from within and a path toward future manager and supervisory roles, with travel across multiple states and on-the-job training in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Recent College grad with a degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or similar.
• Military service background welcomed as meaningful experience.
• Candidates should display dedication, enthusiasm, hard work, integrity, honesty and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the CST Leadership Development Program.
• Travel within a multi-state area for opportunities (meals/hotels covered).
• Laboring, drilling and blasting as part of hands-on training.
• Develop skills to become a State-licensed Blaster and take on leadership roles.
