Job summary

Maine Drilling & Blasting in the United States offers an entry-level CST program designed to develop future leaders in drilling and blasting. You’ll learn safety, operations, procurement, and project supervision through an internal Leadership Development Program with a dedicated mentor.

Starting salary is $59,800 plus vehicle and fuel allowance, with target incentives up to $150 per week as milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or related field.
• Military service with self-discipline; safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Learn safety and compliance for drilling and blasting operations.
• Learn drilling in construction and quarry environments.
• Develop skills to become a State licensed Blaster.
• Assist with procurement and logistics related to drilling and blasting activities.
• Support project budgets and supervision.
