Job summary

Astound in the United States seeks a Construction Manager to coordinate with utilities, municipalities, engineers, developers, and permitting authorities for fiber builds and upgrades. You will supervise field crews, manage make-ready and right-of-way activities, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.

The role requires NEC knowledge, GIS familiarity, and strong leadership to drive projects from design through handoff to sales teams, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years Cable Television or Telecommunications technical experience.
• 7-10 years supervising a cable TV/telecommunications construction department.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with utilities, municipalities, engineers, developers and permitting authorities.
• Manage make-ready and right-of-way activities.
• Support network design, materials planning and capital project development.
