Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience across on-site leadership roles.
• Experience leading portions of commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and site drawings.
• Proven ability to lead teams, provide feedback, and maintain culture.
• OSHA 30-Hour with First Aid/CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead portions of projects or full small projects, safely and to Benchmark standards.
• Coordinate employees and subcontractors, ensuring resources and direction.
• Plan and monitor manpower to keep projects on schedule.
• Enforce safety standards and identify hazards on site.
• Review in-progress work, correct issues, minimize punch lists.
• Collaborate with Superintendents, PMs, and field teams for progress.
• Assist with look-ahead schedules, shop drawings, and deliveries.
