Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field; 2–3 years field operations or superintendent experience.
• Working knowledge of construction scheduling, look-ahead planning, and trade coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or Bluebeam Revu preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and scopes for assigned projects prior to work starting.
• Assist in constructability reviews and help identify field risks, constraints, and sequencing issues.
• Verify site readiness prior to mobilization, including access, utilities, safety controls, and temporary conditions.
• Assist Project Managers in confirming subcontractor scopes align with drawings, approved submittals, and project expectations.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules (2-3 week horizon) with support from senior field leadership.
• Identify upcoming constraints and communicate them early to Project Managers and trade partners.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure trade readiness prior to mobilization.
• Participate in OAC and internal project meetings, providing field-driven schedule and progress updates.
• Coordinate daily on-site activities of subcontractors and vendors, including support of RFIs and submittals.
• Enforce site safety plans and address unsafe conditions or behaviors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-managed job sites.
• Coordinate logistics including deliveries, access, shutdowns, temporary protection, signage, and dust control.
