Job summary

Energy Transfer LP seeks an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead day-to-day field execution of energy infrastructure projects including pipelines, compression facilities, and processing plants. You will ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering drawings, specs, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in pipeline or facility/plant construction.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of API, ASME, AWS, and NACE standards.
• Proficiency with PC software including Excel, Word, Project, Google Earth Pro, Vision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities from mobilization through mechanical/electrical completion with the construction and inspection team.
• Plan and coordinate construction activities in alignment with inspection planning and schedules.
• Ensure execution aligns with IFC drawings and project specifications.
• Maintain field presence to monitor quality, productivity, and safety.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and support change orders as needed.
