Job summary

Genesis Endeavors, United States, seeks a seasoned Pipeline Construction Superintendent to oversee daily pipeline construction operations from start to finish. You will supervise field crews, equipment, and subcontractors while aligning work with project specifications and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read plans, coordinate manpower and schedules, and effective communication with project management, inspectors, and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pipeline construction with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of oilfield construction and field operations.
• Experience managing multiple crews and heavy equipment.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs and plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work long hours and travel.
• Legal to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pipeline construction activities and field operations.
• Supervise foremen, operators, laborers, welders, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily work schedules.
• Ensure pipeline installation, welding, coating, lowering-in, backfilling, hydrotesting, and restoration meet specs.
• Monitor production, quality, and job progress to maintain schedules.
• Coordinate with inspectors, company representatives, engineers, and contractors.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, and work scopes for proper execution.
• Track equipment, materials, manpower, and production reports.
• Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and changes in scope.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate project status to management.
• Ensure crews operate and maintain heavy equipment and construction tools.
• Assist with tie-ins, crossings, bores, and other construction activities.
• Promote a safe, productive, and professional work environment.
