Job summary

Turner Asphalt seeks a Field Project Coordinator to oversee asphalt and concrete construction projects from turnover through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with Operations, field crews, clients, and suppliers, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and maintain strong client relations in a dynamic outdoor work environment.

This in-person role requires travel to multiple sites and hands-on leadership to meet project goals and company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in asphalt paving, concrete construction, site work, or a related construction field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to execute asphalt and concrete projects.
• Review project scope, plans, specifications, proposals, contracts, and schedules prior to mobilization.
• Develop and communicate project work plans, schedules, phasing requirements, and production expectations.
• Oversee projects from mobilization through completion and closeout.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Clients, Relationship Managers, Operations, Foremen, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
