Pave America is seeking a Field Construction Manager to oversee on-site construction activities. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, coordinating daily operations and managing subcontractors and field personnel.

You will maintain plans, specifications, and company standards, identify and resolve issues, and communicate with project managers, engineers, clients. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management, or business.
• Hands on pavement construction knowledge preferred.
• Technically savvy with smartphones and office devices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure safety.
• Identify issues and facilitate solutions.
• Coordinate daily operations with PMs, engineers and clients.
• Manage subcontractors and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and standards.
