Job summary

We expect a strong background in construction or field operations and relevant degrees. The position requires 100% travel and offers a pay range of $68,370 to $112,840, with potential for discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to meet safety, quality, and project drawings/specifications.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
