Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings and specs.
• Maintain the project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photos and label each image for records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design revisions are used.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Maintain on-site records and follow The Perry Group’s document control standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, 9 years experience in construction/field operations

Associate degree, 6 years experience in construction/field operations

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline, 3 years experience
