• Assist in the coordination and supervision of daily field operations, ensuring smooth communication between workers and management
• Support project teams in monitoring project progress, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing corrective actions
• Participate in tracking construction materials, labor productivity, and schedule adherence to optimize project execution
• Work closely with project managers to help maintain quality standards and safety compliance on site
• Contribute to data collection and reporting for continuous improvement initiatives related to project delivery
