Landmark Properties, Inc. invites applications for a Summer Construction Internship. Interns will assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, buyout, management, and closeout to deliver projects on time and within budget.
You'll learn Landmark processes, safety and quality programs, manage submittals, RFIs, logs, and progress photos, and participate in team meetings while maintaining professional conduct.
Job Description Construction Interns will assist Project Managers and Project Superintendents in project planning, buyout, project management, and closeout. This role will involve assisting in obtaining, coordinating and distributing the information and authorizations required to construct the project on time, within budget and to the Landmark's quality standards. The Summer Construction Internship program will run from June 1, 2027, through August 6, 2027. Possible onsite locations include Auburn, AL; Oxford, MS; and Tampa, FL. Please note these locations are subject to change. Reports to: Project Manager Direct Reports: N/A
Seeking a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science or Architecture preferred.
1+ year of applicable coursework.
