Job summary

Consigli Construction is offering a Project Management Intern role in the Project Management division. This in-person internship provides exposure to project documentation, scheduling, and field support while working closely with Project Engineers, Managers, and Superintendents.

The candidate will assist with submittals, meeting minutes, and material tracking while developing essential construction industry knowledge and practical office skills during a hands-on, full-time experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic math and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned projects.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Process submittals and gather/distribute information; maintain high-quality project documentation and ensure processes stay within budget and on schedule.
• Attend project meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
• Assist with tracking and inspecting material deliveries.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the project team.
