Job summary

EBA Engineering, Inc. is seeking Construction Inspectors to join our Anne Arundel County pavement team. Inspect sites including roadways and bridges to verify compliance with designs and quality standards.

You will document deviations, coordinate with senior staff, and help review plans to ensure safety requirements are met. The role requires a valid driver’s license, 3–10 years of inspection experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 3–10 years of construction inspection experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; OSHA 10 and MARTCP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites (roads, bridges, tunnels, facilities) for design adherence and quality.
• Document and report deviations or defects found during inspections.
• Coordinate with senior inspectors and project managers to ensure safety and compliance.
• Review construction plans, provisions and technical documents for accuracy.
• Maintain clear inspection records and reports for compliance and reporting.
