Job summary

Consor is seeking a Construction Inspector to monitor on-site activities, inspect materials, and verify work against plans, specifications, and contract documents. You will take field measurements, report daily production rates, and schedule phases with the superintendent and agency personnel.

The role requires an HS Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of inspection experience, and DOT certifications. A valid driver's license and the ability to work outdoors are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of construction inspection experience.
• DOT Certifications in one or more area.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, observe, document, and verify work in progress to ensure compliance with project documents.
• Utilize inspection practices to perform mathematical calculations and measurements of completed work.
• Maintain inspector's daily report of activities, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Perform on-site material testing and produce as-constructed sketches as required.
