Job summary

Consor in the United States is seeking a construction inspector to monitor on-site construction activities, measure pay items, and ensure compliance with plans and contract documents for excavations, drainage, roads, and structures. You will maintain daily reports, schedule inspection phases with the superintendent, perform on-site material testing, and support final estimate documentation.

• 3+ years of construction inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Willing to obtain required certifications and pass qualification tests.

• Field job in outdoor environments with exposure to weather and hazards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, observe, document, and verify work in progress for compliance with schedule and plans.
• Perform engineering inspection calculations and measurements for completed work.
• Maintain daily inspector reports covering activities, labor, equipment, and material quantities.
• Conduct on-site material testing and produce as-constructed sketches.
