Responsibilities

• Calculates payments due contractors for work completed.
• Conducts project reviews and coordinates inspections with inspectors and project managers.
• Consults with project engineers and contractors on progress and problems; reviews time/cost estimates.
• Ensures roadways, bridges and related structures are built to plans and specs.
• Monitors traffic control plans and safety standards; inspects barricades and devices.
• Documents progress and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
