Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction projects to verify compliance with design specs and federal regulations.
• Documents inspection results, deficiencies, and sampling.
• Review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and materials certifications with engineers.
• Monitor construction progress and maintain detailed daily reports and deficiency notices.
• Inspect materials and testing processes to ensure conformity with standards.
• Coordinate field services and ensure safety, environmental and permitting compliance.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings, design reviews, and project closeout activities.
• Mentor junior staff and liaise between contractors, engineers, and clients.
